Who I am
I’m Helena, the founder and creator of Slow Naturals.
I discovered natural perfumery while searching for a more intentional, healthy and meaningful way of living. I had never felt connected to conventional fragrances, but botanical perfumes felt different: alive, intimate and deeply transformative.
Creating with flowers, herbs, woods and resins allows me to follow the creativity and intuition that have guided me since childhood. Every fragrance begins as a feeling and slowly becomes a story.
I believe each bottle carries something of the plant it came from. Its essence, character and energy. A flower may no longer be visible, but its presence remains.
Because scent is closely connected to memory and emotion, natural perfume can reach places within us that words cannot. It can awaken a feeling, bring us back to ourselves and remind us that we are part of nature.
